Payment Policy & Methods

We operate on a prepayment basis. Once your transfer or charter tour booking is confirmed, 100% payment is required.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: Online payment available for amounts under ¥250,000.

Bank Transfer: For amounts over ¥250,000.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancel at least 96 hours before the scheduled pick-up. The remaining balance will be refunded after a 10% bank fee deduction.

Flight Cancellations (Force Majeure): If your flight to Japan is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding prior connecting flights), your reservation can be transferred to your next flight date. Availability must be reconfirmed with us.

Peak Season & Multiple Bookings: For multiple vehicles, transfers, or charters, or during peak season, the free cancellation period may be shorter. Early cancellation may be required to qualify for a full refund.

1. Do you provide private transfers? Do you offer carpooling?

Yes, we provide private transfers. The vehicle you book is exclusively for your family or group. For shared rides, please contact us. Special promotions are posted on our website and Facebook.

2. How far in advance should I book?

Winter is Hakuba’s peak season. We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your vehicle.

3. Can I make an emergency reservation within 24 hours?

Yes, if a vehicle is available. Emergency bookings may incur higher rates.

4. Can I take the vehicle if I am injured while skiing?

Yes, as long as your physical condition allows. Our driver will assist and ensure your comfort.

5. Do you offer sightseeing or charter services? Can I stop at attractions?

Yes, we provide customized transfers and charter tours. Stops can include Snow Monkey Park or Zenkouji Temple. Additional fees apply based on duration and location—please consult us in advance.

6. Are your vehicles insured?

Yes. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured for passenger transport, with extra safety coverage.

7. How do I meet the driver at the airport?

The driver will wait at the arrival gate with a signboard. A pickup guide will be sent before your flight. If you have trouble finding the driver, contact us via WhatsApp.

8. How long will the driver wait if I am delayed at customs?

We track your flight and provide 90 minutes of free waiting from actual landing time. Extra waiting beyond 90 minutes may incur fees.

9. How long is the journey to Hakuba? Are there rest stops?

NRT ⇌ Hakuba: 5–6 hours

HND/Tokyo ⇌ Hakuba: 4–5 hours

KIX/Osaka ⇌ Hakuba: 6-7 hours

Kyoto ⇌ Hakuba: 6 hours

ITM (Osaka Itami) ⇌ Hakuba: 6 hours

Nara/Kobe ⇌ Hakuba: 6-7 hours

Drivers usually stop 1–2 times at highway service areas for rest, snacks, or coffee (~30 minutes per stop).

10. Are bookings refundable if my flight is delayed or canceled?

Standard cancellation: Cancel at least 96 hours before pick-up; refund minus 10% bank fee.

Flight cancellations (force majeure): Reservation can be rescheduled to your next flight, subject to availability.

11. How do I pay for Hakuba Transfer?

100% prepayment is required upon booking.
