Payment Policy and Methods

We adopt a prepayment policy. Once you confirm your transfer or charter tour booking, 100% payment will be made to us.

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.You can pay via online credit card payment (for amounts under 250,000 yen), or bank transfer (for amounts over 250,000 yen). Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel 96 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the remaining balance will be refunded to you after deducting a 10% bank fee from the order amount.

If your flight to Japan is cancelled due to force majeure (excluding previous connecting flights), your reservation will be transferred to the next flight date accordingly (you need to reconfirm availability with us).

*If you reserve multiple vehicles or multiple transfers/charters, or if your reservation date falls during the peak season of the year, the free cancellation period may change, and you may need to cancel earlier to qualify for a free cancellation.

A: It will spend around 5-6 hours from NRT to Hakuba and around 4-5 hours from HND/Tokyo to Hakuba. Since it is a long distance trip, our driver will make 1-2 stops at the highway service area, where you can have a rest or eat some fast food, drink some coffee as if you control the time in 30 minutes.
