Please book as early as possible for peak winter dates. Requests within 48 hours can still be sent, but they require manual vehicle confirmation before payment.

Yes. Please tell us how many suitcases, ski bags and snowboard bags you have so we can confirm capacity. One ski or snowboard bag requires approximately as much room as two standard bags.

Yes. Direct private transfers are available from Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, Chubu Airport, Kansai Airport and other major city or station locations, subject to vehicle availability.

We can drop off at hotels, chalets and lodges across Hakuba Valley, including Happo, Wadano, Echoland, Misorano, Goryu, Iwatake, Tsugaike and nearby accommodation areas.

Yes. We provide travel customization and charter services. We can customize the route according to your needs, including stops such as Snow Monkey Park or Zenkoji Temple on the way from Hakuba to Tokyo, Haneda Airport or Narita Airport when reserved in advance. We can also provide transfer plus a few hours of sightseeing around Hakuba. The price will increase depending on the route and waiting time. Please consult us if you have any needs.

Optional Stopovers are sightseeing stops added to a confirmed airport transfer. Hakuba Private Tours are standalone day tours or multi-day private itineraries. Both require advance confirmation of route, timing and vehicle availability.

Winter is peak season, so the exact model cannot always be guaranteed. We may provide a comparable vehicle or a free capacity upgrade at the same confirmed price.

Standard route prices are starting private vehicle fares. Final confirmation will state what is included for your route, date, pickup time and vehicle.

Sometimes. Additional stops or multiple addresses must be requested before confirmation because they may affect timing, routing and final price.

No. Smart Package prices shown are for the private transfer segments only. Shinkansen or JR tickets are separate unless we specifically confirm otherwise in writing.

Yes, subject to availability. Tell us each child's age when enquiring. Each infant seat or child booster seat adds 5,000 JPY.

Please tell us in advance about wheelchair assistance, mobility needs, young children or unusual luggage. We will confirm whether the requested vehicle and route are suitable.

Our driver will wait for you at the airport arrival gate with a sign. We will send you a pickup guide before your departure so you can meet the driver smoothly. If you cannot find the driver, you can contact our customer service team at any time through WhatsApp.

Our driver will track your flight for pickup. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. This is usually enough for customs clearance and luggage collection. If you have not come out after 90 minutes, continuing to wait may incur additional overtime fees.

Yes. To make your trip more comfortable, our driver can stop at highway service areas or rest stops along the way. We usually make 1–2 rest stops, each lasting approximately 20–30 minutes. During these breaks, you can use the restroom, buy food and drinks, enjoy a coffee break, stretch your legs and purchase snacks or local specialties. If you have special requests for additional stops, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.

In Japan, most drivers do not speak fluent English. However, our drivers can use translation apps when needed, and our team provides English support via WhatsApp at all times. Transfer service is straightforward and usually does not require much communication, so please do not worry about the language barrier.

Yes, but early-morning, late-night and urgent transfers may require additional confirmation and may affect the final fare.

We monitor the flight number supplied in your booking. If your flight to Japan is delayed, the driver will track the updated arrival time. If your flight to Japan is canceled due to force majeure, excluding previous connecting flights, your reservation can be transferred to the next flight date subject to vehicle availability and reconfirmation. Contact us if the flight number, arrival airport or arrival date changes.

For standard transfers, cancellations more than 96 hours before pickup receive a 90% refund; the retained 10% handling fee can be returned as a coupon on a future booking. Cancellations within 96 hours are charged in full. Day tours and multi-day charters have stricter, itinerary-specific conditions.

We adopt a prepayment policy. Once you confirm your transfer or charter tour booking, 100% payment is made to us. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Online credit card or other online payment methods are available for payments below 250,000 yen, and bank transfer is requested for payments above 250,000 yen. We accept multiple payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, AmEX, Diners Club International, WeChat Pay and Alipay.

Yes. Our online credit card payment link is issued through a major Japanese bank payment system. The information you submit is sent to the bank in coded form for processing, not through us. We cannot see the core card information. This is common practice in the Japanese tourism industry, and we process many orders this way.
