CANCELLATION POLICY
A 10% bank and handling fee is retained and the remaining 90% is refunded. If you make a future booking, the retained 10% will be returned as a discount coupon for that booking.
The full booking amount is charged and is non-refundable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
All standard bookings are private transfers. The vehicle serves only your family, your group, or you and your friends, and it will not be shared with other guests. The listed fare is the total fare for one private vehicle on eligible routes, not a per-person price. If you are looking for a shared ride, please contact us. We may also publish limited special offers on our website and Facebook page from time to time.
For normal planning, please book at least 48 hours ahead. For winter peak season, especially airport transfers, private tours, and charter services, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance. Last-minute vehicle availability can be very limited during peak season.
Yes, if a suitable vehicle is available. Urgent trips require manual confirmation before payment. Please note that urgent bookings, peak-season requests, late-night arrivals, accessibility needs, and other special requirements may affect the final confirmed fare.
Yes. Please tell us the number of passengers, suitcases, ski bags, snowboard bags, and any oversized items before confirmation so we can check capacity and assign the right vehicle.
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us each child's age when enquiring. Each infant seat or child booster seat adds 5,000 JPY.
Winter is peak season, so the exact model cannot always be guaranteed. We may provide a comparable vehicle or a free capacity upgrade at the same confirmed price. For example, a 5-seat minivan may become a 9-seat minibus, and an 18-seat microbus may be replaced by two 9-seat minibuses or by a 9-seat minibus plus a 5-seat minivan, depending on availability and group size.
Our driver will wait at the airport arrival area with a meeting board. We will send you a pickup guide one day before departure so you can meet the driver smoothly. The driver tracks your flight, and free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual landing time, which is normally enough for immigration and baggage claim. If you have not arrived at the meeting point after 90 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply. If you cannot find the driver, contact our customer service team by WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, or email.
We monitor the flight number supplied in your booking. Contact us as soon as possible if the flight number, arrival airport, or schedule changes. For standard transfers, cancellations more than 96 hours before pickup receive a 90% refund; the retained 10% handling fee can be returned as a coupon on a future booking. Cancellations within 96 hours are charged in full. Day tours and multi-day charters have stricter, itinerary-specific conditions. If your flight to Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, Kansai Airport, or Nagoya Airport is cancelled due to force majeure, excluding earlier connecting flights, and you contact us immediately without causing operational loss to us, we will try to move the booking to your next flight date, subject to vehicle availability and reconfirmation.
Narita Airport to Hakuba usually takes about 5 to 5.5 hours. Haneda Airport to Hakuba is about 5 hours, and central Tokyo to Hakuba is usually about 4 to 5 hours. Nagano Station to Hakuba usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Central Nagoya to Hakuba is usually about 4 to 4.5 hours. Kansai Airport to Hakuba usually takes about 6.5 to 7.5 hours, while Osaka or Kyoto to Hakuba usually takes about 6 to 6.5 hours. Kanazawa to Hakuba is usually about 3 to 3.5 hours, and Komatsu Airport to Hakuba is usually about 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on road and winter weather conditions. On long-distance journeys, the driver will usually stop at highway service areas 1 to 2 times so you can rest, buy a quick meal, or have coffee. Please keep each stop within about 30 minutes.
Yes. With advance reservation, we can arrange transfers plus sightseeing stops such as Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park, Matsumoto Castle, Zenkoji Temple, Togakushi Shrine, or other nearby attractions. Website tour add-ons are shown as 50,000 JPY for a 5-seat minivan, 60,000 JPY for a 9-seat minibus, and 100,000 JPY for an 18-seat microbus, with up to two hours at the attraction; road travel time is separate. Other custom stops, Hakuba day charters, and multi-day private charters are quoted based on itinerary, vehicle, and waiting time.

Yes. All of our vehicles are licensed green-plate commercial vehicles in Japan. We carry multiple layers of insurance to support a safe and reliable journey.
We operate on a prepaid booking policy. Once your transfer or charter booking is confirmed, 100% payment is required. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other supported methods. Payments below 250,000 JPY can usually be made by online credit card or another online payment method. Payments above 250,000 JPY should be made by bank transfer or another agreed method. Online card payment links are issued through a major Japanese banking payment system. Your card information is encrypted and processed by the bank; it does not pass through us, and we cannot see sensitive card details.
