Important pricing note. The displayed amount is an estimate. The final fare may increase depending on arrival time, peak-season demand, booking urgency and individual requirements such as child seats, wheelchair support or urgent assistance.

Winter vehicle substitution. Winter is our peak season and the exact requested vehicle cannot always be guaranteed. We may provide a comparable vehicle or a free capacity upgrade at the same confirmed price. A booked 5-seat minivan may be replaced by a 9-seat minibus. Depending on passenger numbers, an 18-seat microbus may be replaced by two 9-seat minibuses, or by one 9-seat minibus and one 5-seat minivan.

Vehicle availability changes continuously. If the confirmed vehicle inventory becomes unavailable or sold out and we cannot provide an agreed replacement, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund of the amount paid to us.

Each infant seat or child booster seat adds 5,000 JPY. Each ski or snowboard bag uses approximately two medium-luggage spaces. AUD amounts are approximate; payment and final quotations remain in JPY.

Standard transfers

A 10% bank and handling fee is retained and the remaining 90% is refunded. If you make a future booking, the retained 10% will be returned as a discount coupon for that booking.

The full booking amount is charged and is non-refundable.

Is 128,000 JPY the price per person?

No. It is the total fare for one private 9-seat minibus on eligible routes. Prices for 5-seat minivans and 18-seat microbuses vary by route.

Can we bring skis and snowboards?

Yes. Please tell us how many suitcases, ski bags and snowboard bags you have so we can confirm capacity.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We monitor the flight number supplied in your booking. Contact us if the flight number or arrival airport changes.

Where will the driver meet us?

Airport meeting instructions and driver contact details are provided with your final booking confirmation.

Are stops possible during the journey?

Reasonable comfort stops can be arranged. Shopping or additional drop-offs should be requested before confirmation.

Can you provide infant seats or child booster seats?

Yes, subject to availability. Tell us each child's age when enquiring. Each infant seat or child booster seat adds 5,000 JPY.

Can the final price differ from the online estimate?

Yes. Arrival time, peak-season demand, urgent booking, accessibility needs and other special requirements may affect the final confirmed fare.

Will we always receive the exact vehicle model selected?

Winter is peak season, so the exact model cannot always be guaranteed. We may provide a comparable vehicle or a free capacity upgrade at the same confirmed price. A 5-seat minivan may become a 9-seat minibus; an 18-seat microbus may be replaced by two 9-seat minibuses, or a 9-seat minibus plus a 5-seat minivan, depending on the group size.

What is the cancellation policy?

For standard transfers, cancellations more than 96 hours before pickup receive a 90% refund; the retained 10% handling fee can be returned as a coupon on a future booking. Cancellations within 96 hours are charged in full. Day tours and multi-day charters have stricter, itinerary-specific conditions.
